We do not refund any money paid for video classes, paid tests or soft copies of our books. Also, once a visitor to our website buys any paid tests, he or she must use the code, given by us at the time of registration, within one year. The code is not valid after one year of the date of registration.

However, partial refund may be made for classroom enrolled students who are unable to attend classes because of some special or emergency situations. Moreover, any such refund is subject to the discretion of the management of Hyderabad Hub, whose headquarters are located in New Delhi, India.

Any such refund may be made after deducting service charges, tax and fee for the part of services rendered by the staff at Hyderabad Hub, New Delhi. However, No refund will be made if the candidate has done over 40% of the syllabus in the classroom program.

No registration made for online Video courses, eBooks or tests can be cancelled nor will any refund be made.
