The SAT is commonly regarded as a rite of passage for almost every high schooler. Although I was a good test taker, the SAT presented a new challenge. Unlike concepts taught at school, the SAT tested different concepts and skills that I was expected to know, and I struggled with this. I received low 1400s for a long time and went through multiple SAT coaching classes without any result.
